Oh no, it's ALL ABOUT contrasting flavors. I fully applaud the combination. You know, Star, one of the best burgers I ever had was one I had to make in a hurry because I was starving, but my friend's house had no ketchup/mustard/mayo, so instead, chocolate frosting went on top.

Awesome.

It's a Georgia/Deep South delicacy. Waffle + fresh Fried Chicken + maple syrup = awesome. :)
