going the other way 'round
6 Jun 2008 08:44 pmThe socks, they are done!

Pattern: Widdershins by Brooke Chenoweth Creel
Source: Knitty.com
Materials: Zitron Trekking XXL (71)
Needles: US 1/2.25mm DPNs; Lantern Moon Sox Stix
Amount: 1 skein with some spare
I'm thinking I need to find a use for spare sock yarn. I'm amazed I have spare sock yarn. So far, I'm finding 100 gram skeins to be generous.
Here's another picture, but without legs crossed, so you can see all the pretty stripes.

And with the tornado sirens wailing last night, I made some progress on the Hemlock Ring. It looks a bit more flower-like now.

I got my Ravelry button set today. Quite excited about Iowa Sheep and Wool next week. (Fingers crossed that the weather doesn't cancel it!) Feeling the urge to pull out the fiber stash and put it up on Ravelry.
