I was very lucky...

Look at that. Look at that little tail of yarn. That was all that was left after adding the two thumbs. Very close indeed, but so pleased that it was just enough.

Ta-dah! Finished mittens.




A few inches and voila! Finished socks.


Some thread, patience and a zipper, and there is a new sweater for the fall.




Flushed with success, I cast on for more.

Well, that is the goal. But you know how I am with goals. I like the little WHOOSH! sound they make as they fly by.

I have to knit a spider first. (Which is the goal for this weekend.)
