I'm sure there will be a bunch of reminders of this today....

I still remember twenty years ago, sitting in my 5th grade class watching the twin trails on the TV set. The boys were drawing pictures of it for weeks later and I was disgusted with them. Maybe it was their way of dealing. I don't know.

Today, it still makes me incredibly sad. A lot of dreams died that day.

Wow. This is the first year I forgot. I was a college freshman, stopped by the dorm mailbox and noticed a launch on the big screen TV. They were new then, so I joined the crowd to watch. I remember a few people thought it had to be a movie, no way that could really happen.
