Happy it is finally October. October is my favorite month and the one I associate most with fall. I'm looking forward to this one.

Thinking in colors and textures a lot lately. Oil paints and knitting both occupy my thoughts in this way. I want to use oils just to use them. It's been a terribly long time. Pictures are beginning to form in my mind.

The Berea Arts and Crafts fair is coming up in two weekends (October 14 & 15) and I want to go. I want to find some nice Kentucky handicrafts to send to my friends in Japan, so they have something interesting and very Kentucky.

Noticed that LJ is bringing over more of the templates from Vox. They are cute, for the most part.

Still need to work on getting rid of things. Need to photograph some of my pile and either offer them up on here or Ebay them. Maybe I'll try to do that this weekend.
